We have closely collaborated with some international institutions. For example, we have gained financial supports for the research concerning functional polymeric particles from Hitachi Chem. Co. Ltd (Japan) since 2002; I have also obtained support from Henkel KGaA (Germany) for the projects concerning waterborne polymer system since 2004. Also, we have often intercommunications and exchange visits with oversea universities and other international companies to exchange academic and technique information, these institutions include such as BASF (Germany), International Paper(USA), Kuraray Co. LTD (Japan), Dow Corning (USA), University of Alberta (Canada), Tokyo Institute of Technology(Japan).

In order to make our research more effectively, and to transfer our new techniques into products in time, we have established closely collaboration with domestic companies such as Haiyuan Group and Chengzhi Company. Our researches have also been supported by some Chinese Companies.
