  COLLABORATION & INTERCOURSE
We have collaborated with some international and national companies. We gained financial supports for researches from Hitachi Chem. Co. Ltd (Japan) since 2002 and from Henkel KGaA (Germany) since 2004. Also, we have some intercommunications and exchange visits with oversea universities and other international companies to exchange academic and technical information. These institutions include BASF (Germany), International Paper (USA), Kuraray Co. Ltd (Japan), Dow Corning (USA), University of Alberta (Canada), Tokyo Institute of Technology (Japan), etc. In order to make our research more effective, we have established cooperation with domestic companies such as Haiyuan Group and Chengzhi Company, and some of our new techniques concerning waterborne products and silicones have been industrialized in these Chinese companies.
